Queens Gardens is conveniently close to the Old Town of Paphos, where you will find plenty of shops, museums, the library, post office and police station. The King’s Avenue Mall (Cyprus's biggest shopping centre) is in the next building.
Visit the Archaeological Park of Paphos and experience the unique beauty of some of the most superbly preserved mosaics in the world dating from the 3rd and 5th century A.D. The Archaeological Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is near the Harbor only 10 minutes from the apartment.
Tombs of the Kings, the large necropolis lying about two kilometres north of Pafos Harbor. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as is its Archaeological Park and medieval Castle. The underground tombs, many of which date back to the 4th century BC, are carved out of solid rock and are thought to have been the burial sites of Paphitic aristocrats and high officials up to the third century AD. It is located within 15 minutes' walk from the apartment. You can also use the closest bus stop located 1 min walk.
You may find the Panayia Chrysopolitissa Church located very close to the apartment. It was built in the 13th century over the ruins of the largest early Byzantine Basilica on the island. Within the compound is St. Paul’s Pillar, where according to legend, Saint Paul was flogged before the Roman governor Sergius Paulus was converted to Christianity. Enjoy the historical beauty of the area and walk in the mythical path of early Christians.
