2 bedroom is a modern development design, in a beautiful residential area of  Kato Pafos, within walking distance to the beach and the tourist Promenade. Each Block comprises a  5-floor building with 2 apartments on each floor and a roof garden with a swimming pool on the top floor.

 

Additional Services:

- Highchair: Provided free of charge upon request.

- Baby Crib: Available for an additional charge of €15.

- Extra Foldable Bed: Can be added to the property for an additional fee.

- Airport Transfers: Transfers to and from Paphos and Larnaca Airports can be arranged for an additional fee.

 

Important Information for Your Stay:

- Minimum Stay Requirement: A minimum stay of three nights is required during high season.

Quiet Hours and Noise Policy: Please respect our residential neighbourhood by keeping noise levels low. Parties are not allowed, and all outdoor music and activities should be quiet after 11 p.m.

Decoration Policy: Please avoid using confetti and hanging decorations on the walls to maintain the villa's condition.

- Residential Etiquette: The villa is located in a residential area and should be treated as a home.

- No Smoking and No Pets: Smoking and pets are prohibited on our properties.

- Waste Disposal: Kindly ensure all garbage is removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided.

- Departure Checklist: Before leaving, please close all windows and return the key to the lockbox.
