Olive Grove
 
A modern holiday four-bedroom villa Olive Grove is a perfect place to stay. Villa located in secluded place of Chloraka area. Olive Grove villa offers a private outdoor pool that guests can relax in and a beautiful garden in a breathtaking and peaceful scenery on the Mediterranean Sea.
 
Chloraka is situated west of the Paphos district three kilometers from the town. It is built at an average altitude of about 70m from the sea. The village neighbors with the communities of Emba, Lemba and Kissonerga. It is a place with beautiful beaches and intense opposites. With old and modern building, natural environment and culture which combines Greece, Europe and Middle East with hotels, restaurants, bars, coffee shops as well as hospitable residents. It is main characteristic are its beaches with their secluded rocks, the clear blue water and its golden beaches. The whole village is the balcony to the Mediterranean with rocky slopes, termite trees and green fields. It is a perfect location which never loses the charm. Directly opposite the villa is a Golf Practice range facing the main road. It is only a ten-minute walk to the Water sports at a nearby beach. Only ten minutes from the villa, along this pathway, you will be able to stop and visit the nearby St. George’s chapel.
There are numbers of cafes, restaurants, bars and tavernas within walking distance from the villa.
Paphos main town and Paphos Harbor area are only 15 minutes' drive. Taxis are regularly available and are reasonably priced.
You reach the bus station in five minutes walking. The local bus runs every 10-15 minutes and can take you to Paphos Harbor on east or to the Coral Bay sandy beach on west.
 
 
As you enter the property you will find the open plan dining and lounge area. The lounge offers comfortable sofas, wireless internet and a flat-screen TV.
Adjacent to this living and dining area you will find fully equipped kitchen offering a fridge/freezer, oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, washing machine, extractor hood, microwave, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, pots, pans, tea and coffee cups, water and wine glasses and everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining area features a dining table and chairs comfortably seating 6.
From the open plan living and dining area the glass patio doors lead the way to the outside area of this villa. The terrace area is equipped with garden chairs and a table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrella for you to enjoy a lazy day in the Cypriot sun. On the ground floor, you will also find a modernly furnished bedroom with double bed and guest bathroom.
To the front of the villa, you will find uncovered parking for up to 3 cars.

Moving up to the next floor, you will find three more spacious bedrooms with ample wardrobe space and a family bathroom. One bedroom feature twin beds, second one has double bed, and the main master double bedroom offers an en-suite shower room.
Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. All bedding, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryer, iron board and iron are supplied. Electricity and Wi-Fi are included.

In High season there is a minimum stay of three nights

No parties are allowed in the villa & no loud music outside and loud activities outside after 11pm

No confetti and no hanging decoration should be placed in the villa / on the walls

The villas are in a residential area and should be treated as a home

No smoking and no pets are allowed in our properties

All garbage should be removed from the apartment and placed in the outside bins provided

Please remember to close all windows on departure and put the key back in the box
